An ISP of an ASEAN country needs to increase its link speed to 2.5 Gbps at IX. Its IT Security needs to be covered extensively on the existing and new network. A NOC needs to be setup to monitor and manage the network. Its engineers need to be trained to administer the network.
The NetSiS team was engaged and introduced a new gateway router to upgrade the link from 500mb to 2.5Gbps. The gateway router was also upgraded with more memory to hold all the Internet routes.
